Lessons, bookings and weather
Bookings are made by WhatsApp or email and confirmed when we reply with a time and meeting point. Prices shown on this site include equipment (board, wetsuit) and instruction unless said otherwise.
[CANCELLATION POLICY — e.g. "Cancel or move your lesson up to 24 hours before, free of charge. Later than that, the lesson is due."]
The Atlantic has the final word: if conditions are unsafe, we move your lesson to another time or return your money in full. That call is ours to make, and we make it on the side of caution.
Safety and responsibility
Lessons are taught by qualified instructors in small groups, at beaches chosen for the day's conditions. Participants (or their guardians) confirm before the first lesson that they can swim and have no medical condition that makes surfing unsafe, and sign a participation declaration on site.
Complaints book
If something went wrong and talking to us did not fix it, you can file a formal complaint in the official electronic complaints book: Livro de Reclamações — livroreclamacoes.pt.
Consumer disputes
Under Portuguese Law 144/2015, consumer disputes may be submitted to an alternative dispute resolution body. Ours is: [RAL ENTITY — likely CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, cniacc.pt — confirm the entity covering Peniche]. More information at consumidor.gov.pt.
